New healthy lifestyle

There is nothing more fashionable right know in NY that the luxury-wellness industry. If you take different classes outside the gym, do some type of juice detox and eat healthy, you are the coolest. I have a reasonable formula to keep a healthy life at least from Monday to Friday. I start the day “running” and keep doing it intermittently throughout the day. First, I run to the metro station at rush hour to get to work on time. Then, I run back to the station to get to one of my daily classes (Pilates, Physique 57 o Soul Cycle).  After exercising, (once a week) I run to the supermarket and carry my grocery bags back home for more than ten blocks. Then I have to take everything three floors up to my apartment. I cook dinner at 9:00 and finally have some time to rest. These activities have helped me lead a healthier life. I highly recommend turning your normal daily activities into opportunities to exercise. This process has also led me to take on other healthy habits, mainly in the way I eat. Here are some pics of the last dishes I have prepared.

No hay nada más cool ahorita en NY que la industria del luxury-wellness. Si tomas clases de ejercicio fuera del gym, haces detox de jugos por tres días y comes saludable eres de lo más cool. Yo tengo mi propia fórmula para mantener un estilo de vida sano por lo menos de Lunes a Viernes. Todos los días arranco “corriendo”. Primero, para agarrar el metro en rush hour y llegar al trabajo a tiempo; luego salgo del trabajo y camino unas cuantas cuadras de regreso para tomar el metro y así llegar a mi clase de Pilates, Physique 57 o Soul Cycle. Saliendo de mi clase, (una vez a la semana) voy al súper y me regreso a mi casa cargando las bolsas más de diez cuadras. Subo tres pisos, hago de cenar y a las 9:00 pm por fin puedo descansar si es que no tengo ningún otro pendiente. Les recomiendo sacarle el mayor provecho a sus actividades del diario y convertirlo en algo de ejercicio. Pero para mantener este ritmo de vida tan agitado y aguantar la cantidad de actividades físicas que hay que concretar, creo que es necesario acompañarlo con una buena alimentación. Así que hace dos meses he decidido cambiar muchos hábitos  Les dejo algunas fotos de los últimos platillos que he preparado últimamente.

And this are the best “molletes” I have ever had. The place is called ¨Comodo¨  and is located on 58 MacDougal. After a Sunday morning hangover, it is worth breaking the rules…LOL
